Rich9 Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By ticking or tapping the checkbox for age verification and the “Terms of Service” during the initial registration, the user acknowledges that they have read and have understood and have agreed to Rich9’s, terms and conditions and User Agreement without any reservation. As such, the platform’s terms and conditions serve as a binding legal document between the user and Rich9.

2. Modification of Terms and Conditions

Rich9 Casino reserves the right to amend, update, and/or change the terms and conditions listed here. Once changes are made, the updated terms will only take effect once the new terms are posted on the website. Any continuous use of the platform will be interpreted as acknowledgment and agreeing on the updated terms. Rich9 also is under no obligation to update users of any changes made buy may, in its sole discretion, do so to inform players of said change.

3. Information and Intellectual Property Rights

All information found in the platform, except any recorded information collected and secured in accordance to the privacy policy of the platform, is the sole property of Rich9 and are intended only for the personal and non-commercial use of the user.

Users may not copy, modify, store, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, transmit, license, or modify any Rich9 information to any person within or without the platform. Any exception provided within the terms and conditions take precedence over this restriction.

All information, services, and software in the platform are protected by copyright, trademark, and different intellectual property rights and patents. All rights, titles, and interests to the information, services, and software on the website are controlled, licensed, or owned by Rich9 and/or Rich9 licensors.

4. Condition of Use of the Platform

The user warrants and undertakes that they will not use the platform for any purpose that would violate any laws applicable to the user. The user also warrants and undertakes the following as a condition of using the platform:

User does not reside in China, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, or the United States.
The user is using the platform on their own capacity.
The user’s legal capacity is not restricted.
The user is at least 21 years of age.
The user is fully aware of the risk of losing money.
All funds deposited into the platform are acquired legally and not derived from illegal or criminal activities.
The user is not engaged in any criminal or illegal activities while using the platform, including money laundering.
Information must be kept confidential at all times and any possible data security compromises on the user’s end must be relayed to the platform to safeguard user information.
The user must not solicit or attempt to obtain any information about other users of the platform.
The User is not an employee, associate, or agent of Rich9 or any of its affiliates or is related to any of the above or is residing in the same household as any of the above.

5. Terms for Registering

To participate in the platform, the user must complete the account registration and user verification following the registration steps as prescribed by the platform. Rich9 will take any and all necessary steps to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information provided by other users and retained in the platform, unless required by relevant laws.

Users must provide a valid identification card to confirm a user’s inputted identity and age.

6. Placing and Accepting Bets

All bets placed by the user are subject to the terms and conditions of both the general platform and the specific terms and rules of any game played. Rich9 reserves the right to reject any and all bets for any reason according to the platform’s discretion, specifically when users utilize software as bots that will place bets for the user or when the platform detects that the account in question is in violation of one or more platform terms and conditions.

Once a user has placed a bet and the platform has confirmed the acceptance of said bet, the user may not cancel the bet and all bets will be resolved and credited outside any user involvement. A bet is deemed valid and accepted when the transaction code appears on the user’s screen and is displayed on the user’s transaction history.

7. Rights for Using the Software

The user acknowledges and agrees that their access to the platform is part of the services and property of Rich9 Casino. As such, the user may not copy, modify, store, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, transmit, or license the software to be accessible to any other person or platform.

8. Transaction Settlement Terms

The user uses a debit or credit card or a valid e-wallet account that reflects the same information used in the registration of the platform. Rich9 reserves the right to refuse to settle transactions when the information on the card or e-wallet account does not match with the information used to register into the platform.

9. Bonuses and Promotions Terms and Conditions

All bonuses are subject to the platform’s general terms and conditions as well as the individual bonuses’ own terms and conditions. Bonus abuse may be defines as withdrawals made by the customer for redeposit or transfers to a new account for their own use and any abuse may result in penalties that include the following:

Increased stakes
Deduction to bonus amount
Termination of account
Freezing of funds

10. Terms for Termination of Account

Rich9 Gaming has the right to void any winnings, forfeit the balance, or outright terminate an account found violating the platform’s terms and conditions. Terminations can occur when the following are proven:

The user has more than one active account with Rich9 Casino.
The user’s name does not match the name indicated in the credit, debit card, or e-wallet accounts used to deposit with Rich9.
The user participates in bonuses and successfully withdraws before requirements are met.
The user provides incorrect or misleading registration information.
The user omits to provide the required identification information.
The user is under the legal gambling age.
The user’s deposit is found out to be the result of a criminal or other illegal activity.
The User allows another person to use their account.
The User fails to comply with the platform’s terms and conditions.

Any and all terminated or frozen accounts will have the decisions overturned once the user corrects their actions or once the user received confirmation from Rich9 that the platform is fully satisfied with the corrective action. The user’s personal information will be retained to prevent additional accounts to be made under the user’s credentials and IP address.
